		  <description><![CDATA[serving 2013-06-19 through 2013-06-25<br><br>On September 26, 2005, FM Translator Station K252DB, rural Utah County, Utah, was granted a license by the Federal Communications Commission to serve the public interest as a public trustee until October 1, 2013.  The FCC license for K252DB will expire on October 1, 2013.  An application for license renewal has been filed with the FCC.  
Individuals who wish to advise the FCC of facts relating to the renewal application, and to whether this station has operated in the public interest, should file comments and petitions with the FCC by September 2, 2013.  Further information concerning the FCC\'s broadcast license renewal process may be obtained from the FCC, Washington, D.C. 20554.

		  <description><![CDATA[serving 2013-06-19 through 2013-07-02<br><br>NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND BONDS TO BE ISSUED
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Bonding Act, Title 11, Chapter 14, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, and the Utah Refunding Bond Act, Title 11, Chapter 27, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended (collectively, the "Act"), that on June 11, 2013, the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Woodland Hills, Utah (the "Issuer"), adopted a resolution (the "Resolution") in which it authorized the issuance of the Issuer\'s Sales and Franchise Tax Revenue and Refunding Bonds, Series 2013 (the "Series 2013 Bonds") (to be issued in one or more series and with such other series or title designation(s) as may be determined by the Issuer) and called a public hearing to receive input from the public with respect to  the issuance of the Series 2013 Bonds and  any potential economic impact that the Project described herein to be financed with the proceeds of the Series 2013 Bonds may have on the private sector.  
TIME, PLACE AND LOCATION OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Issuer shall hold a public hearing on July 9, 2013, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. at 200 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, Utah.  The purpose of the hearing is to receive input from the public with respect to  the issuance of the Series 2013 Bonds and  any potential economic impact that the Project to be financed with the proceeds of the Series 2013 Bonds may have on the private sector.  Interested individuals are invited to express their views, both orally and in writing, on the proposed issue of the Series 2013 Bonds and the location and nature of the Project.  All members of the public are invited to attend and participate.  Written comments may be submitted to the Issuer at the City Recorder\'s office located at 200 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, Utah, until 5:00 p.m. on July 9, 2013.  
PURPOSE FOR ISSUING THE SERIES 2013 BONDS
The Series 2013 Bonds will be issued for the purpose of   financing  the acquisition of property,  construction of City facilities, a salt storage facility, road and park improvements and related improvements (collectively, the "Project"),  refunding the outstanding lease obligation on the City Hall (the "Refunded Obligations"), (c) funding any required debt service reserve fund, and (d) paying costs of issuance of the Series 2013 Bonds.
PARAMETERS OF THE SERIES 2013 BONDS
The Issuer intends to issue its Sales and Franchise Tax Revenue and Refunding, Series 2013, in the aggregate principal amount of not more than Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000), to mature in not more than twenty-one (21) years from their date or dates, to be sold at a price not less than ninety-seven percent (97%) of the total principal amount thereof, and bearing interest at individual coupon rate or rates of not to exceed 6.0% per annum.  The Series 2013 Bonds are to be issued and sold by the Issuer pursuant to the Resolution, including as part of said Resolution, a General Indenture of Trust and a Supplemental Indenture of Trust (collectively, the "Indenture") which were before the Council and attached to the Resolution in substantially final form at the time of the adoption of the Resolution and said Indenture is to be executed by the Council in such form and with such changes thereto as shall be approved by the Council; provided that the principal amount, interest rate or rates, maturity, and discount of the Series 2013 Bonds will not exceed the maximums set forth above.
EXCISE TAXES PROPOSED TO BE PLEDGED
The Issuer proposes to pledge up to 100% of the legally available sales and use tax revenues, excise tax revenues (including, but not limited to energy and telecommunication taxes) and cable license or franchise fees received by the Issuer.
OUTSTANDING BONDS SECURED BY EXCISE TAXES
The Issuer has no bonds currently outstanding that are secured by the Excise Tax Revenues.
OTHER OUTSTANDING BONDS OF THE ISSUER
Additional information regarding the Issuer\'s outstanding bonds may be found in the Issuer\'s financial report (the "Financial Report") at:  http://auditor.utah.gov/lgReports.html.  For additional information, including any information more recent than as of the date of the Financial Report, please contact Christoper Helvy, Finance Director at (801) 423-1962.
TOTAL ESTIMATED COST
Based on the Issuer\'s current plan of finance and a current estimate of interest rates, the total principal and interest cost of the Series 2013 Bonds if held until maturity is $2,893,965.
A copy of the Resolution and the Indenture are on file in the office of the City of Woodland Hills Recorder, 200 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, Utah, where they may be examined during regular business hours of the City Recorder from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, for a period of at least thirty (30) days from and after the date of publication of this notice.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a period of thirty (30) days from and after the date of the publication of this notice is provided by law during which (i) any person in interest shall have the right to contest the legality of the Resolution, the Indenture (but only as it relates to the Series 2013 Bonds), or the Series 2013 Bonds, or any provision made for the security and payment of the Series 2013 Bonds, and that after such time, no one shall have any cause of action to contest the regularity, formality, or legality thereof for any cause whatsoever and (ii) registered voters within the City of Woodland Hills, Utah may sign a written petition requesting an election to authorize the issuance of the Series 2013 Bonds.  If written petitions which have been signed by at least 20% of the registered voters of the City of Woodland Hills, Utah are filed with the Issuer during said 30-day period, the Issuer shall be required to hold an election to obtain voter authorization prior to the issuance of the Series 2013 Bonds.  If fewer than 20% of the registered voters of the City of Woodland Hills, Utah file a written petition during said 30-day period, the Issuer may proceed to issue the Series 2013 Bonds without an election.

The Issuer intends to issue bonds in the aggregate principal amount of not more than One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000) , to bear interest at the rate or rates of not to exceed 6.00% per annum, to mature in not more than thirty (30) years from their date or dates, and to be sold at a price not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total principal amount thereof.  The Series 2013 Bonds are to be issued and sold by the Issuer pursuant to the Resolution, including as part of said Resolution, a Master Resolution (the "Master Resolution") which was before the Council and attached to the Resolution in substantially final form at the time of the adoption of the Resolution.  Said Master Resolution is to be executed by the Issuer in such form and with such changes thereto as shall be approved by the Designated Officers; provided that the principal amount, interest rate or rates, maturity, and discount of the Series 2013 Bonds will not exceed the maximums set forth above.
OUTSTANDING BONDS SECURED BY EXCISE TAXES
The Issuer has no bonds currently outstanding that are secured by the Water Revenues.
