The Kamas City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall, 170 N. Main, Kamas. The purpose of the hearing is to accept public comments regarding a Conditional Use Permit request by High Star Ranch regarding the maximum building height in the General Commercial Zone. In compliance with the Americans Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this hearing should notify the City Clerk (783-4630) at least 3 days prior to the hearing.
