Five-Year Review Former Defense Depot, Ogden, Utah The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, in conjunction with the U.S. Army and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), has conducted a Five-Year Review of Former Defense Depot Ogden Utah (DDOU).
