The Millard County Auditor’s Offi ce is now accepting applications for property tax relief. Abatements are available for homeowners who will be at least 66 years of age prior to the end of the year, who are a widow or widower, or who are indigent. In order to qualify for this tax relief, the total household income for 2013 must be less than $31,208. Exemptions are also available for veterans who were disabled as a result of their service and for active or reserve duty members who were deployed outside the state of Utah for at least 200 days in 2013.
