NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The property described below will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder. The sale will be held at the main entrance of the Weber County Courthouse, 2525 Grant Avenue, Ogden, Utah on September 1, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. The purpose of the sale is the foreclosure of a Deed of Trust (the "Trust Deed ") granted by JED LOWE, as Trustor, in favor of WASHINGTON FEDERAL SAVINGS, as Beneficiary, and PAUL D. VEASY, an active member of the Utah State Bar, as the Successor Trustee. The Trust Deed was recorded on June 13, 2006 as Entry No. 2186225 in the Official Records of the County Recorder of Weber County, State of Utah and covers the real property located at 4853 North Abbey Way, Eden, Utah and is more particularly described as: Lot 139, Sheep Creek Cluster Subdivision Phase 4, according to the Official Plat thereof on file and of record in the Weber County Recorder 's Office.
